My Home's Foundation is Shifting!

North Texas clay soils swell when it's wet and shrink when it's dry, causing the ground to shift throughout the year. This may damage your home’s foundation!  To help keep your soil moist, use a dedicated drip line or soaker hose that can be attached to an outdoor faucet.  Drip irrigation, soaker hoses and hand watering can be operated more frequently than automatic sprinklers - check your city or utility's guidelines for more info.
