- 2009, Operator of the Year - from the Water Environment Association of Texas recognized Ron Lucero, the Lakeview Plant’s Superintendent of Operations as Operator of the Year

- 2021, Platinum 13 Peak Performance Award - from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies recognizing twelve continuous years of perfect compliance with its TPDES discharge permit.
