Our Goal

  • Lakeview Regional Water Reclamation Plant

    • 2019, Platinum 20 Peak Performance Award - from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies recognizing 13 continuous years of perfect compliance with its TPDES discharge permit.

    • 2009, Operator of the Year - from the Water Environment Association of Texas recognized Ron Lucero, the Lakeview Plant’s Superintendent of Operations as Operator of the Year

    • 2008, Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant of the Year Award - from Water Environment Association of Texas

  • Riverbend Water Reclamation Plant

    • 2019, Platinum 11 Peak Performance Award - from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies recognizing eleven continuous years of perfect compliance with its TPDES discharge permit.

    • 2019, Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant of the Year Award - from Water Environment Association of Texas

    • 2020, George W. Burke Jr. Award - from Water Environment Association of Texas.

  • Peninsula Water Reclamation Plant

    • 2019, Platinum 15 Peak Performance Award - from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies recognizing fifteen continuous years of perfect compliance with its TPDES discharge permit.

    • 2010, Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant of the Year Award - from Water Environment Association of Texas

  • Doe Branch Water Reclamation Plant

    • 2019, Gold Award - from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies recognizing three years of perfect compliance with its TPDES discharge permit since the plant began operation in 2016.

  • Regional Watershed Protection Program

    • 2014, NACWA National Environmental Achievement Award - from the National Association of Clean Water Agencies

    • 2019, Outstanding Large Membrane Plant & Best Tasting Membrane Water in South Central Region - from the South Central Membrane Association, covering Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
