As a governmental enterprise that provides utility service on a wholesale basis,
Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) receives all its revenue from providing services. Each year we post our budget, comprehensive financial reports and utility usage to demonstrate to our members how we are stewarding the funds we receive. Much of this income is used to improve existing services or build essential additional projects, like Lake Ralph Hall.
